3. PAYMENT Payment for Cherry services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
4. DRIVER CONDUCT Cherry drivers are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Any behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the passenger should be reported to Cherry immediately.
5. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information. Any changes to the booking must be communicated to Cherry in a timely manner.
6. LIABILITY While Cherry takes every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, or damages incurred during the journey.
