1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All bookings made through the Cherry website are subject to availability and confirmation. Confirmation will be sent via email once the booking is finalised.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details on the cancellation policy. Read more about our Cancellation Policy.


3. PAYMENT
Payment for Cherry services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.


4. DRIVER CONDUCT
Cherry drivers are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Any behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the passenger should be reported to Cherry immediately.


5. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information. Any changes to the booking must be communicated to Cherry in a timely manner.


6. LIABILITY
While Cherry takes every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, or damages incurred during the journey.


7. FORCE MAJEURE
Cherry shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.


8. PRIVACY POLICY

9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
