CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any cancellation fees.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare.
2. Cancellation by Cherry
In the event that Cherry needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle unavailability or driver issues, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made.Cherry will notify customers of any cancellations as soon as possible and will make every effort to provide alternative transportation options if available.
3. No-show Policy
If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled pick-up without prior notice, they will be charged the full fare for the booking.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations made outside the specified time frame will be subject to a processing fee of 10% of the total fare.
5. Cancellation Procedure
To expedite the cancellation process, customers should provide their booking details, including the reservation number and pick-up location.
