CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. Cancellation by Customer

    Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any cancellation fees.

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare.


    2. Cancellation by Cherry

    In the event that Cherry needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle unavailability or driver issues, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made.

    Cherry will notify customers of any cancellations as soon as possible and will make every effort to provide alternative transportation options if available.


    3. No-show Policy

    If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled pick-up without prior notice, they will be charged the full fare for the booking.


    4. Refund Policy

      Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.

      Refunds for cancellations made outside the specified time frame will be subject to a processing fee of 10% of the total fare.


      5. Cancellation Procedure

        Customers can cancel their booking by contacting Cherry's customer service team via phone or email.

        To expedite the cancellation process, customers should provide their booking details, including the reservation number and pick-up location.

        6. Cancellation Link

        At the bottom of your booking confirmation, you will find a cancellation link. Should you need to cancel your booking, simply click on the provided link to initiate the cancellation process. Please ensure to review our cancellation policy outlined above before proceeding with the cancellation. For any further assistance or inquiries, feel free to contact our customer service team.

        7. Exceptions

        Cherry reserves the right to waive cancellation fees or offer full refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, upon review and approval by management.
